1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Katalisia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Creators must own or have rights to all content shared through the platform. You agree to be honest about your analytics and audience composition.

Brands must provide accurate campaign details and pay creators as agreed. Late or missed payments may result in account restrictions.

You retain ownership of your content. By using Katalisia, you grant us a limited license to display and process your content for platform services.

You may not use fake engagement, mislead brands or creators, violate platform guidelines, or engage in any fraudulent activity.

Creator earnings are processed within 7 business days after content approval. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and platform fees.

Katalisia provides tools and recommendations, but success is not guaranteed. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from platform use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms. Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana.
