1. Creator Subscriptions
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for creator paid plans. If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your subscription start date.
2. Brand Campaign Payments
Brand campaign payments are non-refundable once a campaign has started. However, we offer partial refunds if the campaign doesn't meet agreed-upon ROI targets.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@katalisia.com with your account details and reason for the refund. We'll process requests within 5 business days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or after the 7-day guarantee period for creator subscriptions.
